Bachelor's Degree:
In Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is standard.Master's Degree:
Sometimes preferred for senior roles.Certifications:
NCIDQ or LEED AP for sustainable design adds credibility.Experience & Skills:
Experience:
5+ years in interior design, with 10-15+ years in a leadership or project management capacity, often with high-end or complex project experience.Technical Skills:
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of construction materials/detailing.Project Management:
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, quality, and multiple projects simultaneously.Leadership:
Strong team management, communication (client/supplier/team), and problem-solving skills are crucialJob Type: Full-time
