We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Interior Design Manager

to lead our design team and oversee the full spectrum of interior design projects -- from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, deep technical knowledge, and proven experience managing design teams, clients, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design team in developing creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with project goals and client expectations. Oversee and review design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and detailed drawings to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of design intent on site. Manage client presentations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations to integrate fresh ideas into projects. Supervise space planning, FF&E selection, and detailed documentation. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred). 8-12 years of professional experience in interior design, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Proven portfolio of completed interior design projects (commercial, hospitality, residential, or retail). Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
