NEXT Engineering Consultants
is seeking a highly experiencedInterior Design Manager
with15+ years of expertise to lead our Interior Design Team
and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the interior design team across all project phases.
Develop and present creative design concepts aligned with client vision and company standards.
Review and approve design drawings, materials, and finishes.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining design excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience
in interior design, including leadership/managerial roles.Proven experience working with major real estate developers on large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other design software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Must be currently based in the UAE
