We are seeking a creative and talented INTERIOR DESIGN / JUNIOR ARCHITECT / 3D DESIGNER to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and architecture trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. As a member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative designs. Position: INTERIOR DESIGN / JUNIOR ARCHITECT / 3D DESIGNER :
Expected Start Date: 15/04/2024
- Create design concepts and mood boards.
- Always consider factors such as quality, comfort, durability, and style.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for the procurement and installation of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) components.
- Use the right software and tools for interior design to make 2D drawings and 3D CAD renders.
- Source materials and products included in plans. Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that match the design concept and meet the functional needs of the space.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to procure and coordinate the delivery of selected FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) items.
- Coordinate with the Production Managers, Project Engineers, Designers and/or Clients for the necessary updates and changes required for shop drawings.
- Surveying sites and developing shop drawings and drafting when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all selected items and their specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and accessibility standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and the carpentry industry.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Must be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Must be knowledgeable also other 3D modelling software such as InDesign, Illustrator, 3Ds Max , Rhino3D, Enscape and Lumion or other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and must have good practical organization skills and planning of resources.
- Good Taste for Styling and Customization.
