Job Description
A Start-Up architectural firm based in Dubai looking for a Junior Architect who is capable of quality 3D visualisation with 2/3 yrs of experience to create and develop villa designs by means of 2D detailed drawings and quality realistic 3D renderings as well. Key Skills:
- Preparing and presenting private villas design proposals including detailed drawings, graphics and quality realistic 3D renderings
- Excellent knowledge and expertise with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DsMax, V-Ray, Lumion, After-Effects, Photoshop.
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Adequate Revit expertise is a plus.
- Capable of delivering work in a timely manner.
- Communication Skills - English verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- The Degree Certificate should be valid and attested for visa application process.
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience (preferably in Dubai) as Junior Architect / 3D visualizer with supporting design portfolio for reference of work carried out.
