FIRST SQUARE Consulting Engineers and Architects Co. is seeking a Junior Architect (Revit designer) to join our multidisciplinary team. JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE: Junior Architect (Revit Designer - Intermediate level) RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in Preparation of Concept / Presentation design and Detailed drawings for all types of buildings.
- Handle the preparation of working drawings for authorities\' submission, appointment, and coordination.
- Coordination within the design team and other disciplines and Authorities.
- Graduate with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture.
- With a minimum of 3 years (up to 5 years) post-graduate experience in the field of Engineering Consultancy in Dubai - UAE.
- knowledgeable in Dubai - Building Code & Regulations and with experience using the authorities portal (DM, RTA, DDA, Trakhees..) for online project submission & coordination is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (Intermediate level), Sketch\xe2\x80\x93Up, Lumion & others
