We are currently looking for an INTERIOR DESIGN DRAFTSMAN. Minimum 10 years of work experience.

Confer with the Design Head on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
Develop and improve the plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to the intended purposes, such as raising productivity.
Adhering to management instructions explicitly in terms of flexibility and teamwork is mandatory.

Educational/Experience Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited academic institution.
Strong previous peer consultant relationships based on successful project experience and trust

Special Qualifications

Must have minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience using sketch up
Portfolio of design works is a must.
Ability to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills
Passionate about design and able to be the design inspiration for multiple highly creative project teams
Ability to provide critical design review to design teams, communicating design ideas and direction quickly
Having knowledge in 3D Modelling, rendering, and 3D visuals
In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes
Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
Able to develop and present design concepts
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
