Job Description

Our company is looking for a Draftsman with Interior Design background. At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same field. Technical draftsman requirements: Requirements:

• Creating AutoCAD technical drawings from a brief with designers
• Generating 2D and 3D visualization of the project.
• Ability to visit the site and take dimensions and have an eye for all details on site.

• Ability to create material, fit-outs, and furniture BOQs to match the requirement of the client.
• Ability to present flawless, MEP, Electrical, floor plans, sections, and elevations to the exact detail.

• Ability to create production files for fit-outs, interiors, and furniture to perfection.

• Strong knowledge of MEP and Electrical works technicalities and drawings.

• Strong knowledge of UAE requirements and technical files.

• Ability to create a full technical file after meeting with the designers and seeing the 3d of the project.

• Ability to create a 3d visualization after meeting with the designers.

• Submitting Shop Drawings to Design Consultant for approval drawings.

• Preparing 2D&3D Architecture & Technical Detailing.

• Preparing 3D Perspective for presentation for the client as required.

• Preparing drawing logs and submittal forms for projects.
• Submitting shop drawings for Architectural Finishes design & materials.

• Using Programs 3D max Vray, Autocad, Photoshop.

• Preparing and Review Quotations/BOQ.

• Experience in Residential Villa projects - Interior detailed drawing
• Experience in Commercial projects (Restaurants and Offices)
• Portfolio of previous drawings done (Only applicants with portfolio sent will be considered)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 4 years (Required)
• 3DsMax: 2 years (Required)
• Presentations and submittals: 3 years (Preferred)
