Job Responsibility
1. Setting high-level design goals for client projects.
2. Designing architectural interiors using 2D and 3D software.
3. Determining budgets that align with project requirements.
4. Providing the necessary materials for unit decoration and upgrading .
5. Following up on project implementation stages until delivery and ensuring the required quality.
6. Technical communication with external parties regarding projects requirment
7. Ensuring compliance with requirements and local and international laws and standards.
Job Requirement
1. 5 years of experience in the field of apartment decoration, at least 2 of them in a managerial position in UAE
Extensive experience in technical and financial project management.
Diverse and comprehensive portfolio in interior design.
Ability to organize and focus on long-term projects.
Experience in developing comprehensive projects and timelines.
Civil or architectural engineering background.
Driving License
