Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced
Auto Cad Civil Design Engineer Draftsman
with a strong background and in-depth knowledge to prepareArchitectural and MEP shop drawings
in accordance of following local authority regulations such asDM, DCD, DEWA, TRAKHEES
etc. The ideal candidate must have minimum2 years of experience
in Interior Decoration sector and a degree inCivil Engineering
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
Architectural and MEP shop drawings
using AutoCAD and other design software (SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.). Developdetailed shop drawings
from concept drawings for construction and production use. Coordinate with theDesign Head
,Project Managers
andAuthority Engineers
to incorporate technical changes. PrepareBill of Quantities (BOQ)
. Conductsite measurements
and calculate material quantities accurately. Ensure all drawings comply withlocal building regulations
and standards. Handleauthority submissions and approvals
independently.Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience
as a civil engineering draftsman.Proficiency in AutoCAD
andMS Office
is a must. Strong understanding ofDM, DCD, DEWA, TRAKHEES authority processes
