Mid-Level Interior Architect

We are seeking a Mid-Level Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and visualization skills, with hands-on experience in both design development and production documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts and translate them into detailed design packages Produce high-quality 3ds Max renderings for design presentations Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design accuracy Support projects from concept through execution and site coordination

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/Design 3-6 years of professional experience in interior architecture Proficiency in 3ds Max (rendering & visualization) Strong command of AutoCAD (technical and shop drawings) Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred (Plus) Experience with commercial and residential projects Knowledge of additional software (V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, Revit etc.)
