Interior Architect

to join our team and bring creativity, technical expertise, and precision to our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and deliver interior architecture projects from initiation to completion. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections in line with project requirements. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design intent is executed effectively. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project implementation. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes. Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out works. Stay informed of industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution. Minimum of

4 years UAE-based experience

in interior architecture, design, and fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong technical knowledge of joinery, finishes, and materials. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven client-facing experience.
