We're looking for a

Landscape Architect

with mid-level finesse and a fearless eye -- someone who can sketch ideas that breathe, craft places that matter, and elevate ground into experience.

What You'll Do:

Translate vision into verdant reality: design public spaces, masterplans, plazas, waterfronts, and private realms that reflect both sustainability and soul. Lead and collaborate through all project stages: concept, schematic, design development, and documentation. Integrate hardscape, softscape, irrigation logic, lighting moods, and climate-resilient design strategies into every square meter. Be on the ground and in the room -- engage with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities across the UAE. Push boundaries with site-responsive, culturally grounded, and contextually daring design. Mentor junior minds. Elevate collective thinking. Stay hungry for nuance.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design. 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in high-impact developments across the UAE or GCC. A design portfolio that speaks -- fluid lines, structured thinking, and bold experimentation. Mastery in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D viz tools (Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). A reverence for ecology and a flair for innovation. The confidence to defend a concept. The humility to evolve it. Strong written and spoken English (Arabic is a welcome whisper).
