Job Description

Designs functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces by combining architectural principles with interior design elements. They work on projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical, while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Developing interior architectural designs, creating detailed drawings and specifications using design software like CAD and BIM, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Client Collaboration:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback.

Coordination and Management:

Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals, overseeing project implementation, managing timelines and budgets, and conducting site inspections.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations, and prioritizing safety in all design aspects.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

Applying creativity to develop innovative design solutions, addressing challenges, and staying updated on industry trends.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using design software, understanding building systems, and managing project documentation.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 8-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW
