1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases, and container clusters. Ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based infrastructure.
2. Application Stability:

Monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications. Implement measures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
3. Daily Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response, and technical support. Document and report on all maintenance activities and incidents.
4. Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
5. Incident Management:

Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues. Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.

Position Requirement ?

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related role.

3. Cloud Computing: Proficiency with public clouds such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.

4. Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Linux, databases (MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus. Experience with high availability design, observability, and operational processes.
5. Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

6. Base: Dubai;

7. Preferred: Prior experience in project management, product management, or knowledge of app development/client-side technologies.
