Jitendra Consulting Group - Headquarter in Dubai is a reputed and leading multi-lingual & rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as company formation, Auditing, Business Advisory Service, VAT, and other Compliance services. We are looking for an experienced and energetic 'Assistant IP Patent & Trademark Consultant" with extensive experience and extra charm to draw international clients. As an ideal candidate, you must be a self-starter, a consistent performer, and can work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of appeal and hearing and replying to objections 2. Understanding of Trademark / Patent filing/ procedures in a busy and fast-paced job environment and capacity to perform a large degree of domestic and international trademark filings, preparation, prosecutions, and annuities. 3. Advise and correspond to in-house and international clients 4. Review products and marketing materials for IP issues 5. Preparation of documents and correspondences intended for attorney review 6. Maintain complete records and databases 7. Assist with other IP related administrative procedures as and when demanded Requirements LLB with Knowledge of Trademark registration procedure. Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in a law firm/Auditing firm, or similar service-oriented industry Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate effectively, good verbal and written skills, and possess excellent, vocabulary. Proficient in Microsoft applications, Ability to multi-task resourcefully to meet up the deadlines and priorities - Must be presentable, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude.
