Job Description
IP Leader would be drafting high-quality Patent Applications to be filed in several jurisdictions including US, Europe, Middle East, UK and India, Preparing Responses to Office Actions/ FERs Understanding different technologies in cutting edge technical domains such as IOT, Machine Learning, AI, Cloud Computing, Block Chain, Smart Cars, Wireless Network, electric vehicles etc., Conducting research through paid tools and databases to identify relevant technical literature/ patent data and carry out quantitively and qualitative analysis. Analyse the data to determine technical differentiators, identify various technological & competitive trends. The intellectual property leader will be responsible entirely for extracting information from team and building new technologies based on competitiveness and uniqueness across the domain and in continuation of the company’s existing patents.
