The profile we are looking for is a customer minded colleague, is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. As a part of our Operation & Support Team, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of services on our "live" customer network, broadcast platform and/or IS/IT infrastructure, manage external (Customer) & Internal Stake holders.
We are looking for:
Graduates who have completed their graduation from Engineering program (4 years of university education) by 2024 and 2025
Degree in Software Engineering or similar
0-1 year of total experience
What you will bring:
Basic understanding of programming and scripting language
Sound Linux/Unix handling knowledge.
Scripting (e.g. Python, Ansible)
Knowledge of container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes
Knowledge of service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.)
Understanding of IT application environment handling and delivering versus defined Service Level Agreements.
ITIL processes knowledge is a merit
Ericsson or any other e-wallet Vendor Mobile platform knowledge is a plus.
Embrace working in a rapidly developing area, understand that innovating, adapting and responding to change is key to becoming successful.
Basic understanding of IT and Telecommunication
