Integration Engineer: As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design. 1. Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service. 2. Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver. Customize Decision Center and Enterprise console to adapt the environment to the needs of business users by using extension APIs Must have experience of Banking, Microservices, OpenShift container platform, Spring Boot and echannels Must have experience of Banking, SOA Delivery methodology, SOA Center of excellence and implementation of SOA best practices Strong Hands-on Development Experience at the following Areas: a. IBM Data Power Development & Administration b. IBM API Connect Development & Administration c. ODM Development & Administration d. IBM ACE (IIB V11) & IIB V10.x Flow Development e. ESQL Development Operational Support 1. Ensure assigned processes responsibility with high level of availability, performance and application security without any business impact or financial loss. 2. Ensure adherence to IT governance processes and practices, organisational standards and procedures, SLAs Facilitate communication within the functional units and ensure that relevant technology strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly to various functional areas 3. Ensure proper and timely issue resolution, monitor contract performance and adequate action to adhere and enhance the service level agreements 4. Perform risk assessments, monitor risks and ensure that risk management is fully embedded in management processes, internally and externally, and consistently Documentation / Process Ownership The incumbent is responsible take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function. In the event where processes or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements. People & Attendance Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and proactive good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.
