Everest Businessmen Services Center is looking for an experienced
Insurance Typist
to handle all transactions related to medical and other insurance services linked with government procedures. The role involves preparing, entering, and updating insurance-related documents through authorized platforms as part of visa processing, labor card issuance, and other regulatory services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit medical insurance applications for individuals and companies through approved portals.
Coordinate with approved insurance providers for issuing, renewing, and canceling insurance policies linked to residency visas.
Upload insurance details to government systems as per MOHRE and immigration requirements.
Ensure all insurance data is accurately reflected in visa and labor-related transactions.
Guide clients through required insurance documentation based on service type (employment, family sponsorship, investor, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a government transactions center or insurance desk.
Familiarity with
DHA, HAAD
, or
other insurance systems
used in visa-related procedures.
Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance policies and requirements for visa issuance/renewal.
Customer service skills and ability to explain processes clearly to clients.
