Insurance Sales Executive

Experience: 3-8 years of UAE insurance sales experience (mandatory)
Job Overview
We are a growing and dynamic organization in the UAE insurance sector, seeking experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling Life, General, and Motor Insurance within the UAE and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business in Life, General, and Motor Insurance.
• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (direct, referrals, corporate, etc.).
• Conduct client meetings, assess insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on UAE insurance market trends, products, and regulations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims assistance when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have 3-8 years of proven sales experience in the UAE insurance market.
• Experience in Life, General, and Motor Insurance sales is essential.
• Previous experience working with an insurance brokerage firm will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE insurance market, including products, competitors, and regulations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales with a consistent record of closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
