Insurance Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are a dynamic and growing insurance firm in Dubai seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executives. This role is ideal for a professional with up to 5 years of UAE-specific insurance sales experience who thrives on building client relationships and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive portfolio of insurance products to both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct needs analysis for clients to understand their risk profile and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Expertly present, negotiate, and sell a range of insurance products, including:
  • General Insurance (Property, Liability, etc.)
  • Health Insurance (Individual & Family)
  • Group Insurance (Corporate Medical & Benefits)
  • Car/Motor Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to policy renewal.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and UAE regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven UAE experience in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Valid DHA/HAAD/ADHICS license for health insurance sales is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE insurance market, regulations, and competitor landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
