Insurance Mandoob
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary liaison between our auto maintenance workshop, customers, and various insurance companies. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient processing of vehicle insurance claims, from initial assessment to final repair and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Claim Management:
Initiate and follow up on vehicle damage claims with various insurance companies.
Establish and manage new accounts/files with various insurance companies for vehicle repairs.
Ensure all necessary documentation (police reports, vehicle registration, driver's license, repair estimates) is collected and submitted accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters for vehicle inspections and approvals.
Negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair and timely approval of repair costs.
Customer Communication:
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repair and insurance claim progress.
Explain insurance procedures and repair timelines clearly to customers.
Address customer queries and concerns regarding insurance claims professionally.
Workshop Coordination:
Liaise closely with the workshop manager and technicians to understand repair requirements and timelines.
Ensure repair work aligns with insurance approvals and standards.
Manage vehicle handover and collection process post-repair.
Arrange and oversee the transportation/collection of vehicles from insurance company premises to the workshop.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of all insurance claims, communications, and payments.
Prepare detailed reports on claim status, outstanding issues, and resolutions.
Handle billing and invoicing related to insurance claims.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as an Insurance Mandoob, Claims Coordinator, or similar role, preferably within the automotive repair or insurance industry in the UAE.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of local insurance laws, policies, and claim procedures in the UAE.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using office software (MS Office Suite) and claims management systems.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in a relevant field
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license is essential.
