Maintain a centralized insurance database ensuring all records are current and compliant.
Claims Management
File and track insurance claims across all policy types (property damage, auto claims, medical reimbursement, liability, etc.).
Follow up with insurance companies until reimbursement, approval, or settlement is completed.
Review claim documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Verification & Compliance
Verify insurance coverage and policy terms prior to claim initiation or service use.
Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations, company policy, and insurance provider requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Communication & Stakeholder Support
Act as a point of contact between insurance providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Communicate claim status, policy benefits, exclusions, and deductibles to employees or departments.
Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with insurance clarification when required.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate policy files, claim logs, approvals, and renewal schedules.
Prepare recurring reports summarizing premiums, claims, renewal cycles, delays, and cost-saving opportunities.
Flag insurance risks, policy lapses, and coverage gaps proactively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of UAE experience
handling multi-line insurance (Property, Automobile, Medical required).
