Alain Medical Center is a multi-specialty healthcare provider in Ajman under the Alain Group of Companies. We are committed to excellence in patient care and are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance-related processes efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Handle insurance claims, approvals, rejections, and resubmissions in a timely manner.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy updates, eligibility checks, and approvals.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of insurance data in the system.
Guide patients regarding insurance coverage, approvals, and claim status.
Collaborate with doctors, billing, and front office teams to ensure smooth processing of insurance claims.
Resolve discrepancies related to insurance claims and maintain proper documentation.
Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and UAE medical insurance regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a medical center or hospital setting (minimum 2 years preferred).
Familiarity with UAE healthcare insurance systems and procedures.
Strong knowledge of insurance portals and e-claim systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
MOH license or experience in a MOH-approved facility is preferred.
