Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures, documentation requirements, and policy coverage verification
Experience coordinating with claimants, adjusters, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim resolution
Ability to review claims, verify supporting documents, track case progress, and manage timely follow-upsRetail career paths
Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations, basic policy terms, and compliance standards is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and claims management or CRM systems
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask, manage high-volume workloads, and maintain accurate records
Immediate joiners preferred
