Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Insurance Assistant's
to join our Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding, with specific expertise inApprovals
,billing,
submissions and resubmissions
. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical claims, compliance with insurance policies.Candidates should be available in UAE with immediate joining.
Preference for those under "DEPENDENT VISA"
Key Responsibilities:
Handle coding and pre-authorization for outpatient services. Ensure accuracy in coding and compliance with insurance regulations. Work closely with insurance companies for approvals.
Requirements
:Minimum 1 year of experience in medical coding. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
