Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets for Life, Medical, and Motor insurance products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service that turns new prospects into loyal advocates.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Life, Medical, and Motor insurance to effectively differentiate our offerings and provide expert advice.
  • Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and report on your sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities.
What You Must Bring (Requirements):
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales, with a focus on hunting and new client acquisition.
  • An established portfolio or book of business is a significant advantage.

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
