I&C TECHNICIAN

Experience in the \xef\xac\x81eld of instrumentation in Re\xef\xac\x81nery, Oil and gas, Fertilizer, plant dealing with routine, calibration, loop checking, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startups and troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Electro pneumatic and Smart type of process instruments.
Installation, maintenance & calibration of pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters
Calibration of Gas Dictators (LEL, H2S)
Field diagnostics check and calibration by using HART 375 and 475 Hand Held Communicator, Loop calibrator, Druck Calibrator, hydraulic pump, Beamex MC5, Fluke Multifunction calibrator and other standard calibrators.
Pre-commissioning and functional test of process loop by Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling & terminations details, Hook-up drawing, P&ID drawings and cause and effect diagram
Familiar about Permit to work systems (PTW), lock out tag out system (LOTO), con\xef\xac\x81ned space activities, MSDS Simulation, function test and loop checking of all \xef\xac\x81eld instruments
Cable laying Glanding and termination, Erection of cable tray and \xef\xac\x81eld Instruments and JBs etc.
