Join our dynamic Field Service Engineering team as a Team Lead and drive excellence in customer service delivery! We're looking for a passionate technical leader to supervise and empower our field service professionals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
What will you do:

• Lead, coach and manage the Services Representatives team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance.
• Encourage Services Representatives to identify new business opportunities "Lead Generations" to enhance Services growth.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric Quality and HSE standards.
• Ensure full adherence to quality of reports, test sheets and checklists and proper archiving.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.
• Strengthen good relationship with customers and ensuring long-term partnership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in services operation, with at least 3 years in a team lead role within the electrical or energy sector.
• Proven strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of different electrical systems, and energy management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
