Role : Inspector-MPM (Outsource)
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Assist PMC to do (review the payment documents /Contact the clients and conduct site visit inspection for progress payments, upload the inspection photos to the project folder, prepare inspection Note (report)
Key Accountabilities of the role
General:
- Provide a high level of customer service and care
- Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields.
- Self-development and continuing personal development.
- Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Conduct site visit inspection.
- Review payment documents.
- Prepare inspection Note (report)
- Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department
In house training will be given.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Diploma Certificate - preferred Engineer Diploma Certificate.
- Good communication skills.
- Site knowledges
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 2-5 years' experience (Diploma).
