Inspection Engineer Piping

Job Description
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed and recognized institute.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1
- ASME Section VIII Division 1
- ASME Section V
- Experience with GRP/GRE and HDPE piping systems is an advantage.
- API 570 certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with EPC quality documentation and inspection workflows.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Previous experience on Leading Inspection Team
- Report to the Senior Inspection Engineer.
- Review and comment on EPC quality documents including NDT procedures, test packs, ITPs, WPSs, and PQRs.
- Ensure timely close-out of snags and punch points.
- Verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities.
- Review final quality dossiers and maintain backups of completed documentation.
- Oversee construction quality for piping discipline, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
