Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate inspections to ensure timely execution and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of inspection reports and certificates.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal policies.
Liaise with inspectors, clients, and internal teams.
Address inspection-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare regular inspection reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience in inspection coordination (preferably in oil, gas, or related industries).
Experience with vendor/TPI inspections in UAE & internationally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inspection tools/software.
Preferred:
Experience in third-party inspection companies.
