Job Summary

An inspection coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across various projects.

Liaise with inspection service providers worldwide for international inspections.
Assist sales force with suitable inspector CV.
Coordinate between service providers and customers regarding inspection schedule, assign inspector, report/document requirements, etc.
Arrange local inspections and assist for gate pass or site requirements.
Update inspection log.
Prepare and issue Service Agreement / Work Order to Service Providers.
Support Team lead/Project Manager in document handling between service providers/inspectors and customer.
Prepare invoice for completed inspections.
Should be Results oriented, Service driven and Problem solving.
Comply with company regulations, procedures and Code of Ethics.
Maintain regular job related contact with clients and liaises with client and/or Project management Consultant with ease
Understand client needs and work to achieve successful project outcomes.
Develop trust and open communication with the client.
Other duties as assigned.
Education

Bachelors in Engineering
Experience & Further Qualifications
----------------------------------------
Minimum 6 -7 years of experience in QA/QC, Production, Coordination, planning preferably in oil and gas
ASNT Level II in (PT.MPT, UT, RT and VT)
CSWIP 3.1 / AWS added advantage
Very good communication skill (both written and verbal)
