1. Receive Customer Enquiries, submit quotation
2. Review of Customer Order / Contract.
3. Collect Input Docs (Quality & HSE Requirements) from Client & handover to concerned
Inspectors
4. Job scheduling & allotment of inspectors & auditors
5. Review of Inspectors / Auditors report before Client submission.
6. Coordination with Client.
7. Monitor Inspectors / Auditors work Performance
8. Handle Customer comments on Inspection / Audit Reports
9. Handle Customer Compliant / Appeal
10. Obtain Customer Feedback on Company Services and Feedback analysis.
11. Submit operations Report to Operations head / Director
12. Identify new market opportunities, ongoing & upcoming Projects.
13. Map out potential customers & competitors.
14. Visualize, plan and guide business expansion avenues and strategies as well as diversification
initiatives.
15. Plan & Develop strategies for achieving the marketing targets Contact and conduct initial followups
on marketing prospects.
16. Coordinate with Operations team to facilitate marketing functions.
17. Maintain List of Customers.
