Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day third-party inspection activities
Communicate with clients and inspectors
Track client notifications and mobilize inspectors
Maintain inspection assignment logs
Ensure timely submission of inspection reports
Review and submit monthly timesheets
Handle professional communication through Outlook
Support resource management and quality compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
1-3 years of UAE experience (Mandatory)
Experience in inspection coordination or engineering roles
Knowledge of third-party inspection processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Immediate joiner preferred
