We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at IIQAF. You will develop and manage existing customer relationships as well as create and pursue new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing solutions and making proposals to close sales.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will also be required to monitor market and industry trends, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and work closely with outside sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales goals
Develop relationships with customers and partner with outside sales representatives
Monitor the market and industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
Generate solutions to address customer needs, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
Document and report all sales activities, and maintain updated customer profiles
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of quality and accurate solutions
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
Proven track record of success in sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of market and industry trends and experience with closing sales
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
