About the Role:

Our growing sales team is on the lookout for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Representative in the MEA market. Join our team and work closely with experienced B2B SaaS sales leaders and get on a fast track for an exciting career in cybersecurity SaaS sales, where rewards and career progression are directly linked to your drive and results. Apart from the opportunity to learn from the best, a career in cybersecurity is a major plus, given the potential growth of the industry and the skill gap that HTB solution addresses. Finally, you will be selling a well-established product - among cyber professionals - which is also highly non-commoditized. This will make your conversations more pleasant and a bit easier. As an SDR at HTB, most of your time will be dedicated to reaching out to prospective customers using multiple methods of communication (telephone, LinkedIn, and email) and undertaking a qualification to determine the need for HTB solutions. When the need is established (qualified), the aim is to secure a meeting for the Account Executive to continue the sales cycle. The rest of your time will be dedicated to qualifying leads, analyzing and building impactful SDR campaigns (messages, calls, e-mails), and populating the CRM with new prospective targets. In this role, you will need to have quick thinking, a natural curiosity, a desire to learn, determination, and persistence. Up for the challenge? Focus: Qualify prospective customers to drive interest to warrant a conversation with an Account Executive. Goal: First, qualify and book appointments through outbound methods. Second, increase the prospective customer base in CRM (Hubspot). NOTE: Given that HTB does not have an entity yet in MEA, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be employed as a full-time employee of record (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through various means of communication
  • Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads
  • Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB for Business
  • Research, prospect and qualify leads
  • Develop with marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team
  • Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve the generation of leads
  • Attend roadshows and exhibitions (might require travel across the region)
Requirements
  • A university degree
  • Some experience (6-12 months in Tech Sales), preferably in a SaaS environment will be highly preferred as the role needs to have some independence
  • A good, positive attitude, along with a strong drive is a must
  • You are self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Interest in progressing in a sales career path
  • Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent
  • You are comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert in making first contact and building valuable relationships
  • Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are a good plus
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
