What you will do Inside Sales-Renewal Specialist is a key role reporting to Service Excellence Manager and will be based in our Dubai Office. You will be part of our Inside Sales Team who supports our Controls Aftermarket team with Maintenance & contract renewals within UAE.
As an Inside Sales Renewal Specialist you will understand customer needs, probes to recognize opportunities, solves problems and recommends solutions. You will be focused on providing excellent customer service, promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners / facilities and information technology (IT) leaders.
As Inside Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Renewal Specialist will focus on initiating and managing PSA renewals, managing existing customer feedback, complaints and disputes in addition to leveraging PSA analytics to address possible Customer retention issues. You will also execute the sales process and cultivate growth by managing relationships.
How you will do it
As an Inside Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Renewals Specialist/consultant you will be using your expertise to perform below responsibilities:
Review current / expiring contract
Review contract performance
Partner with local area team on price increases
Weekly special action calls with local area team
Handling AR customer disputes
Present / follow up with customer on proposal
Process modifications to contracts (bill to, terminations)
Capture all ISR activities in SFDC
Review current / expiring contracts and identify upsell opportunities
Partner with local area team on revised scope & pricing
Prepare updated proposals & quotations
Present / follow up with customer on revised proposals
You will be responsible for following up on Renewal opportunities via phone, email and social leads. You will utilize our defined Customer renewal list, and initiate contact and the renewal process at the required time whilst continuing to promote the Johnson Controls service value proposition to building owners, facilities managers and IT managers as required depending on the particular stakeholders for that site. Interacting with your customers on a daily basis, identifying and offering appropriate solutions or hand-off any qualified leads for opportunities or non-standard renewals outside of your scope to your outside sales partner will be part of your job.
What we look for Required
Degree / Diploma in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Inside sales, telemarketing selling, or business experience
Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A high level of integrity, and resilient temperament
Service minded, Customer centric self-starter
Adaptable and able to demonstrate active listening skills and Customer empathy
Analytical skills and detail orientation
Strong negotiation skills and able to manage conflict
Preferred
Minimum 3 years of Inside sales, telemarketing selling experience or business experience at a product company
Track record of over-achieving goals
Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls (45-60 on average) per day
Experience working with a CRM database
Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Johnson Control\xe2\x80\x99s product lines
