CloudHost Technology LLC is a leading provider of IT cloud solutions, helping businesses optimize their operations through cloud technologies. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team and drive growth by identifying and converting new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients in the IT cloud services sector.
Conduct sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote cloud solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new cloud technologies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or cloud services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to non-technical clients.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
