Job description: Inside Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities (Target oriented Profile).

  • Candidates should have good organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.
  • Required to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients & should be Passionate about selling IT services and products.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify, Build, Manage Prospects pipeline and generate revenue for assigned region. Establish contact and build rapport with potential clients, identify decision-makers and introduce Awal Networks.
  • A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.
  • Provide continuous feedback to ensure process and product optimization for sales & marketing & Work closely with the internal team and management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly target and meet revenue goals.
  • Candidate should be focused to meet their monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
