Inside Sales & Estimation Engineer

Job Description
Estimation Engineer:
- Manage and process all customers enquires received.
- Filter and register live enquiries that we will process
- Review materials. Procedures and specifications supplied by customer
- Collate and prepare quotations in line confirmed scope of work.
- Produce detailed workings with breakdown of estimated process man hours required.
- Laise with production to determine available capacity to offer accurate delivery timescales
- Coordinate with sales regarding target or market pricing against estimation
- Review of Estimate and processes with GM and others before finalizing offer
- Generate weekly and monthly report to management
- Process material requisitions. This includes routing through signature approval Cycle, calling in, emailing or faxing orders to suppliers, proofreading/signing Purchase orders.
- Obtain multiple quotes to identify best balance of cost, quality and delivery. Find alternative qualified sources for assigned commodities, raw materials and components. Negotiate with selected suppliers to achieve corporate profitability targets.
- Taking follow ups to the customers (quotes for approval,PO copy, required drawings etc)
- Updating and sending out status report to customers.
- Response to customer inquiry by preparing and sending out sales quotations for repair of BOP, valves and new manufacturing items.
- Presales contract review and pre-quotation review for every job.
- Ordering and monitoring of stationery supplies.
- Interview suppliers on-site at American Regent and visit suppliers\' facilities, as necessary and appropriate.
- Should have relevant experince in Oil and Gas
- Knowledge in API 6A,16A and 16C
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
