Job Description

Review tender documents, Drawings such as P&ID and GAD and discuss additional/customized client requirements. Coordinate with different Departments within the Organization (internally), suppliers/sub-contractors (externally) and responsible in delivering high quality bid proposals on time, and in line with company standards and client requirements. Responsible in preparing required spare parts for ongoing & delivered projects. Review, correct and preparation of the recommended spare parts list. Attend pre-bidding meeting and kick off meeting with client. Provide technical inputs for inquiry and get the quotes from competitive suppliers and sub-contractors globally according to client requirement and company policies. Work Closely with Engineering and procurement team about the stock availability & prepare inventory stock. Review projects after completion based on project data base and implement continuous improvement in costing and schedule. Minimum 3 years of experience as inside sales engineer in valve industry, responsible for spares handling & Maintenance schedule . Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, and other Company and discipline specific software applications. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
