Job Description
To provide quality, professional and profitable after-sales support to the Emerson customer base in Middle East & Africa for all Emerson Final Control products Individual will work as technical proposal Engineer to prepare Day to Day, LTSA, STO Quotes for FCTL range of product.
Based in Dubai, UAE, the Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing Quote to Internal and External Customer for integrated solutions, Field Service, Depot Service & Spares. Individual will be responsible for upgrades, Day to Day, LTSA and STO activity estimation for onsite and In house Lifecycle activities for Final control Products. You will come from a strong application background specially focused on Final Control products - Control, Automated, Pressure Management, Isolation Valves and Actuation including Pneumatics, Electrics, Hydraulics, Gas over Oil, Multiport and all other associated equipment. Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

You will come from a strong application background specially focused on Final Control products - Control, Automated, Pressure Management, Isolation Valves and Actuation including Pneumatics, Electrics, Hydraulics, Gas over Oil, Multiport and all other associated equipment. Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Responsible for handling MRO activities proposals including upgrades and retrofits.
- Analyze service reports / valves failures and propose solutions.
- Process RFQs, prepare and manage FCTL quotations on time to customers.
- Provide Technical and Pricing Support to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and support customers/end user within MEA.
- Liaising with the requesters/Sales team/SMEs to understand the requested scope of work and requirements.
- Prepare and present regular quote reports for sales team to follow up
- Preparation of requests and getting supplier quotes from various BU\'s / factories for spares
- Preparation of spares lists and getting quote from FF2 for control valve, regulators and MPFS spares.
- Preparation of requests and getting quotes for third party supplied spares / services.
- Discussion with Training heads/SME\'S for the preparation of Training quotes and VCS scope
- Submission of quotes including prices / scope / responsibility matrix to customers.
- To arrange all Fisher technical documentation and literature for customers
- Provide support to End users for Product modifications & Product capabilities through preparing success stories / identifying industry wise application QBR\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Upon receipt of order, getting revalidated quotes for spares from suppliers / BU\'s / factories
- Coordinate with Client for post order queries.
- Coordinate with Service team post order, for conveying awarded scope of works.
- Preparation of Weekly Reports on submitted Quotes.
- Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions.
- Qualified in Engineering discipline (Instrumentation / Mechanical Preferred) and or Relevant experience and knowledge.
- Control valve sizing and selection experience
- 5-10 years of experience in reputed valve industry
- Prepared to work out of office hours to complete the task in hand when requested to do so.
- Excellent Communications, Documentation and Service Report generation
- Excellent personal discipline.
- Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years control valve experience
- Experience in working with FF2 sizing and selection tool
- Experience in handling inhouse engineering support to customers
- Skill using Microsoft Office applications is required.
