Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will drive business growth for the offset printing division by generating leads and securing orders through

proactive emails, cold calls, and follow-ups

. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing solutions for offset printing projects, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Sales Outreach:

Identify potential clients in industries such as publishing, packaging, marketing, and corporate sectors. Generate sales through cold calling, emails, and other digital outreach strategies. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed offset printing orders.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client printing requirements (brochures, catalogs, flyers, packaging, etc.) and provide tailored solutions. Share quotations, timelines, and product specifications professionally.

Coordination & Order Management:

Relay client orders and specifications to the production team accurately. Track production progress and ensure timely delivery to clients. Address client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain updated records of all client interactions and sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports and monitor call/email conversion rates. Assist in creating email campaigns and promotional materials targeting potential clients.

Market Research & Business Development:

Research industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for new business. Suggest improvements for sales strategies and outreach methods.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in sales, preferably in offset printing, packaging, or B2B services.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasive skills for calls and emails. Knowledge of offset printing processes, products, and pricing is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing tools. Organized, target-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
