As a LCSC account manager, you will play a pivotal role engaging with prospect, and existing partners focusing on developing channel breadth in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. You will be managing all PSCD products- Laptop, Desktop, Workstation, Monitor, Services and Accessories. These are your detailed responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners to expand sales
Engage with and onboard new partners developing channel breadth.
Interact very closely with the accounts to ensure they are ready and well enabled to promote and sell the company’s line of products
Oversee implementation of targeted brand programs and campaigns in the channel
Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives
Educate partner community on programs and execute accordingly.
Train partners on Lenovo products.
Understand competitive landscape and develop sales and marketing tactics to take advantage of our strengths and minimize the risk of our weaknesses.
Organization You will report to our Gulf SMB Segment Lead. What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in IT Channel/VAR sales in UAE, Oman , Bahrain and Kuwait.
Strong communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills are a must with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proven experience in achieving & overachieving sales targets
Proficient in selling Products’ value vs Products’ specs.
Experience in dealing with Channel Partners UAE, Oman , Bahrain and Kuwait.
Customer oriented with the ability to listen, organize, and execute key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction
