Job Description
Job Title : PPR- Machine operator (Injection). Department : Production. Reports to : Shift Leader/Engineer. Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Sets up and operates injection machines/extrusion line. \xc2\xb7 Mold/die loading and setup, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools. \xc2\xb7 Sets machine controls, regulating temperatures, pressures and time, according to the molding / extrusion parameters. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the cycle times/output rate as per master data sheet. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the quality of the product during the production, and maintain it as per the standards and spec limits. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting the production process when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Execute the production works in line with the safety and quality procedures. \xc2\xb7 To ensure safe working conditions and practices for all the workers under his supervision \xc2\xb7 To ensure good housekeeping at his work areas. Authority: \xc2\xb7 Skilled workers and helpers assisting in production. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Academic qualification: 10th Grade or Vocational Training \xc2\xb7 Field experience: min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience (PPR) \xc2\xb7 Skills: \xc2\xa7 Troubleshooting skills \xc2\xa7 English language \xc2\xa7 Teamwork ability. \xc2\xa7 Ability to adapt to new technologies. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,400.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
