Job Description
POSITION:
RUBBER INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE OPERATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for Rubber Molding machine of Injection and compression molding technique. 2. Good knowledge about Rubber Injection & compression molding process. 3. Good knowledge about DESMA, Yuzumi or similar rubber molding machine operating details. 4. Good knowledge about MV Insulator/Cable accessories product manufacturing steps. 5. To do mold assembly as per the production/product requirements. 6. Solving issues/problems in molding process on daily process to ensure productivity & Quality 7. Maintain daily production data as well as daily raw material consumption data and handed over to production Supervisor on daily basis. 8. Knowledge about the uses of manufacturing fixtures, gauges and testing fixtures.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. ITI, 34 years of experience and at least two years in specific Industry. 2. Experience in the field of Rubber injection and/or compression molding Manufacturing Industries. 3. Hands on experience of rubber molding machine troubleshooting. 4. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, polymer- EPDM rubber would be adding advantage.
