We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in-house with an Arabic-speaking family. The role involves providing one-on-one academic and behavioral support to a child with specific learning needs, following a structured program developed in collaboration with therapists and educators.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized academic support aligned with the child's school curriculum. Implement strategies recommended by therapists and learning specialists. Support the child's emotional and social development. Collaborate with the family, school, and professionals to monitor progress.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar role. Educational background in psychology, education, or special education is preferred. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
