We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

to support students in the

higher grades

at a reputable school in

Al Barsha 1, Dubai

. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the LSA role, with a proactive and compassionate approach to student learning and development. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff are essential.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

in a school setting, preferably supporting higher grade levels. Strong understanding of educational support techniques and student development needs. Excellent spoken and written

English

communication skills. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in working with students of diverse learning needs. Ability to work as part of a team with teachers and school leadership. Must have a

valid own visa

(sponsorship by spouse, parent, or freelancer preferred). Immediate availability to join is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and group support to students in higher grade levels who require additional academic or behavioral assistance. Assist the lead teacher in delivering differentiated instruction tailored to students' individual learning needs. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment to enhance student engagement and confidence. Monitor, track, and report student progress to teachers and coordinators. Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment. Provide administrative support for lesson preparation and resource organization when required. Support students with special educational needs (SEN), learning difficulties, or language barriers. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
